• Email Support: $25 per issue
• RT Support: $25 per issue
•Telephone Support: $50 per issue

Customization Pricing Plan
• SynaMed provides highly customizable templates. Clients can customize their own templates for FREE using the instructions available on our web site.
• You may also choose to have SynaMed’s staff create or modify templates for you according to the pricing plan below:
• Note customization: Template creation/modification $85 per template.
